Revision of BS5896

Discussions are continuing on the European standard for prestressing steels (prEN10138). In the meantime, the UK has been granted derogation from standstill, and a new revision of BS 5896 is being produced. A Draft for Public Comment has been issued. It is expected that the final standard will be published later in 2011.
