R-TECH was established in December 2002 by Dr Tony Franks, one of the country's leading specialists in the manufacture and testing of reinforcing and pre-stressing steels.

R-TECH also offers a general metallurgical testing service. Complementary consultancy and analytical services are provided by our sister company Metamet Consultants Ltd (www.metamet.co.uk).
